The VWT is run by 1100 horse power MTU merceds-benz Maybach engine,transferring power to a 12-wing propeller.The propeller wings are made of aluminium,shaped and fine tuned using 3D routing.It can generate a velocity of 50-70m/s on a 3500 mm diameter.A 5000L fuel tank is located right under the engine.The construction is partly galvanized.The VWT is an indoor facility,but of an open type,and can accommodate an audience of 200.
Our VWT concept,combinet with a great wing design,has helped us lower amount of noise,reducing it to tolerable city noise limits.
